In instances where we find visible evidence of growth, we recommend a sanitizer specially formulated to kill 99.9% of all bacteria within your duct system while being safe for your home.
We apply the solution after thoroughly cleaning your ducts, using a fogging machine that disperses a powerful mist within your entire duct system. We then turn on your heating/cooling system to circulate the sanitizer for optimal coverage.
