Excellent Furnace & Baseboard Heating
Bigelow Heating & Air-Conditioning Ltd. installed a new Navien furnace for me in August 2014. They provided excellent work and the installation was done in a timely manner. Later that fall, the main floor of my home was renovated. Bigelow installed new baseboard water heating throughout the main floor. The work was done on time and the cost of the installation was reasonable. His staff was friendly and courteous, and any follow-up required was done on a very timely basis.
The furnace and new heating worked without any issues during this 2014 cold winter. This summer, I plan on adding a master bedroom and bathroom above my garage. I will not hesitate to hire Bigelow to perform the required work.

Furnace Repairs on a Cold Sunday

Excellent Upgrade to Radiant Heating System
I am writing to express our gratitude for the excellent work Bigelow Heating performed while upgrading our radiant heating system. Bert and the team provided a very detailed quote to replace an outdated boiler with a heat + domestic hot water system in one. We have already seen a reduction in gas charges as a result of making this change. Grant was always timely, professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions perfectly. The team went above and beyond when our water supply froze (city issue) offering to provide space heaters and talking through options on a Sunday evening. Great on-site service was complemented by the extremely responsive office staff. Thank you again for your work, I look forward to working with you in the future.
